Surya Sai Constructions is expanding its solar rooftop sales division across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. We are hiring 4 proactive Business Development Managers (BDMs) across Hyderabad, Kurnool, and Bellary to lead customer acquisition, site feasibility surveys, and revenue expansion.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end solar sales—from independently sourcing residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop leads to conducting on-site surveys, explaining government subsidies (e.g., PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana), and closing high-value installation contracts.

Responsibilities:

1. Independent Lead Generation & Business Growth
Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new residential, commercial, and industrial solar rooftop clients across designated location clusters.

Build local networks, channel partner relationships, and field marketing initiatives to drive self-generated leads.

Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly target capacities (measured in kW/MW installations).

2. On-Site Feasibility & Customer Engagement
Conduct direct, on-site preliminary evaluations to assess shadow patterns, roof area, load requirements, and physical structural viability.

Meet directly with property owners, factory managers, and society board members to deliver technical presentations and cost-benefit evaluations.

3. Consultative Sales, Subsidies & Deal Closure
Prepare customized commercial proposals, Return on Investment (ROI) charts, payback calculations, and system capacity quotes.

Educate clients on net metering processes, DISCOM approvals, and government subsidy structures under national schemes (such as PM Surya Ghar Yojana).

Lead contract negotiations, resolve customer objections, and finalize legal agreements and advance payments independently.

4. Field Travel & Local Territory Management
Travel extensively across assigned territories (Hyderabad metro and suburbs, Kurnool district, or Bellary regional clusters) for site inspections and meetings.

Manage customer relationships from initial pitch through installation handover to ensure high referral rates.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate closely with internal engineering and site survey teams for smooth technical handovers and material dispatch.

Maintain daily sales updates, lead logs, and site visit reports in the daily company tracker.
